The College seeks to provide quality Christian education at an affordable price. The 2024 NWCC Fee Schedule includes generous sibling discounts to ensure it remains affordable for a majority of families.
Total College Fees for students in Kindergarten to Year 12 consist of Tuition, Curriculum Resource, and our Parent Participation Program. A Technology Levy also applies to students entering Year 7 and all new Secondary students.
Early Learning Centre (ELC) and Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Fees are charged at a daily rate and billed on a weekly basis for the previous week’s attendance.

Application for Enrolment at the College is a separate process to applying for a scholarship. If you are not already enrolled at the College or on a waitlist, we ask you to complete an online Enrolment Enquiry Form prior to submitting an Application for Enrolment as many cohorts are at waitlist. Please note as Applications for Enrolment have closed for the 2025 Year 7 waitlist, those who are already enrolled at the College or those who have already applied and/or are on the waitlist for 2025 Year 7 will be prioritised for consideration of a 2025 Year 7 scholarship.
To apply for a 2025 Year 7 or 2025 Year 11 Scholarship or to purchase practice materials please visit the ACER website.
