Please complete the Enrolment Enquiry Form and a member of our Enrolments Team will be in touch with you soon with all the information you need to discover the College and aid your decision.

The College accepts applications at any time, however our enrolment process (Application Review stage onwards) commences a maximum of 24 months prior to the cohort commencement for our Primary and Secondary Years (Year 1 to Year 12) and a maximum of 12 months prior to the cohort commencement for our Kindergarten and Early Learning Centre (Preschool and Preparatory). Completed applications received outside of this timeframe will be acknowledged and held until they are eligible to commence the enrolment process.

Families will be notified should the applied cohort be at capacity and subsequently their application has been waitlisted. Waitlisted applications will commence the enrolment process when a vacancy becomes available in that cohort.

3. Application Review

Once we have received your completed application, it is within the eligible enrolment timeframe, and there is cohort vacancy, it will be reviewed and assessed by our Enrolment Committee. Our Student Enrolment Manager will contact you with the result of your enrolment application review.

4. Enrolment Interview

If your application is eligible to progress, we will arrange a mutually convenient time for an enrolment interview for your family to meet with the relevant Head of Years and/or our Principal. Applying students must attend the enrolment interview.

5. Offer of Enrolment

Following the enrolment interview, if successful, a Letter of Offer will be sent to you along with an Enrolment Agreement and other required enrolment paperwork to review and complete by an advised date.

6. Acceptance of Offer

An Offer of Enrolment is accepted and secured when all the relevant enrolment paperwork is returned, including the signed Enrolment Agreement, by the advised date.
