Our Culture
We believe that our Biblical understanding of the role that purpose plays in a person's formation makes Norwest a wonderful place to learn and grow. Our view is that every child has a God-given purpose and that it is our role to assist each young person in understanding their purpose and equip them to pursue that purpose. To achieve this goal the College seeks to grow students in the following key areas: faith, virtue, wisdom and service. This is a big vision that can only be achieved if we work together, so we are committed to parent partnership. Care given by each member of staff also plays a vital role in ensuring that our students graduate as confident individuals ready to make a difference in the world.
